C.S.A of a cone = (pi) x r x l
2 x 22/7 x r = 132
r = 132 x 7 /2 x 22
r = 21cm
C.S.A of cone = 22/7 x 21 x 350
= 23,100 sq cm l^2 =h^2 + r^2
volume of a cone = 1/3 x pi x r^2 x h h^2= l^ - r^2 = 1/3 x 22/7 x (21)^2 x 28 h^2= (350)^2 - (21)^2
= 12,936 cu cm
∴ the volume of the heap is 12,936 sq cm
the farmer gives half the grains to the orphanage
∴ grains donated = 12,936 / 2
= 6468 cu cm
2 x 22/7 x r = 132
r = 132 x 7 /2 x 22
r = 21cm
