Find the volume of the milk:

Volume = 1/3 πr²h

Volume = 1/3π(7)²(24) = 1232 cm³

Find the height:

Volume of cylinder = πr²h

1232 = π(14)²h

h = 1232 ÷ 196π

h = 2 cm

Answer: The height rises by 2 cm
