let 'x' number of Jugs be required to fill the container

33 \frac{1}{3} = x \times \frac{4}{3} \\ \frac{100}{3} \times \frac{3}{4} = x \\ x = 25

therefore 25 number of 4/3 litres of Jugs are required to fill the container.
