A container ship like a right circular cylinder has a diameter 12 cm and height 15 cm is full of ice cream the ice cream is to be filled into 10 equal cones having a hemispherical shape on the top if the height of the cone is 4 times its radius then find the height of the cone.

volume of cylinder = pie * r^2 * h
                                = 22/7 * 36 * 15
amount of ice cream in 10 cones = 22/7 *36 * 15
amount of ice cream in 1 cones = 22/7 *36 * 15/10 = 11/7 * 36 *3
volume of icream in one cone = 1/3 * pie * r^2 ( h + 2r)
11/7 * 36 *3 = 1/3 * 22/7 * r^2 (6r)
3 * 9 = r^3
r = 3
height of cone with icecream = 16
height of cone without icecream = 12 ANSWER.
thanks...
