Since we have given that

Total capacity of a container = 5 liter 500 ml

So, it becomes 5000 ml + 500 ml = 5500 ml

Poured into another capacity of container = 25 ml

So, number of such containers would be

 \frac{5500}{25} = 220

Hence, there are 220 containers required.

Hey there! Here is your answer with a complete step-by-step solution

Answer:

There are 220 containers required.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

The total capacity of a container = 5 liter 500 ml

So, it becomes 5000 ml + 500 ml = 5500 ml

Poured into another capacity of container = 25 ml

So, the number of such containers would be

\frac{5500}{25} = 220

Therefore, there are 220 containers required.

                                  OR

The capacity of conainer= 5 liters 500 ml

= (5 x 1000) + 500 ml

= 5500 ml

The capacity of the container into which milk is being poured= 25 ml

Number of such containers with milk being poured= \frac{5500}{25\\}

= 220

Answer- The number of containers into which milk is being poured is 220.
