Use formula for magnification==>m=  $\frac{f}{f+u}$

f=15cm

u=-60cm

m= $\frac{15}{15-60}$

m=15/-45=-  $\frac{1}{3}$

magnification=   $\frac{Height of the image}{Height of the object}$ 

Height of image=-2/3cm

The image is inverted and diminished...
