v = ?
We know that ,
1/f = (1/v)+(1/u)
1/20 = 1/v - 1/15
1/v = (1/20)+(1/15)
1/v = (3+4)/60
v = 60/7
v = +8.57 cm
hence the image is located at 8.57 cm behind the mirror.
As the sign of v is positive, this the image formed will be virtual and erect .
