$\pi {r}^{2} = \pi \times \frac{2 \sqrt{2725} }{\pi} \times \frac{2 \sqrt{2725} }{\pi}$
$= \frac{4 \times 2725}{22 \div 7}$
$4 \times 2725 \times 7 \times \frac{1}{22}$
