1)Smaller population, means lesser people for jobs.
2)Alot of natural resources means more miners/workers are needed to mine them.
3)School/Hospitals will be understaffed causing education and health problems respectively .
4)Economy will be bad as most of the people are unhealthy or illiterate(based on points made before).
5)This causes people to look for jobs , when the find none they go for violent means causing the crime rate to increase in the country and thus worsening the economic problems the country faces.
