A cow and a bird both travelled from point A to point B. the cow travelled in a straight line but the bird travelled along the curved path as shown. Which one of them has more displacement ?

I feel that they both will have the same displacement. Displacement is the shortest distance between the inital anf the final positions. The distance and the displacement of cow is same as it took a straight path.
But there will be a difference in their distances. The distance covered by the crow will be more than that of cow.

Both have equal displacement as the cow travelled a distance AB in a straight path and the bird has also travelled a distance AB but in a curved path but both have reached the same point.
