☯ Speed of coyote = 1.64 m/s ☯

Given ,

  • Distance covered by coyote = 135m
  • Time taken to cover 135m = 85s

We need to find ,

  • How fast he is ?

So , here fast means speed , and as we know that ,

  • Speed = Distance/time

Substituting known values ,

⇒ Speed = 135/82

Speed = 1.64 m/s

Hence , speed of Coyote = 1.64 m/s

More information

Formulas :-

  • F = m × a
  • P = F/A
  • p = mv
  • a = ∆v/t
  • s = ut + 1/2 at²
  • v = u + at
  • v² - u² = 2as

Answer:

Given :-

  • Distance = 135
  • Time = 82 second

To Find :-

Speed

Knowledge Required :-

Speed = Distance/Time

  • Here unit are same so there is no use of conversion
  • We can also write as S = D/T

Solution :-

Speed = 135/82

Speed = 1.64 m/s

Therefore :-

Speed of the coyote is 1.64 m/s

Know More :-

 \sf \: Distance = Speed  \times Time

 \sf \:  Time =  \dfrac{Distance }{speed}
