Impulse=change in momentum
I=mv-mu = m(v-u) = 0.2(0-20) = -4 Ns
force= impulse/time = -4/0.1= -40N
I=mv-mu = m(v-u) = 0.2(0-20) = -4 Ns
force= impulse/time = -4/0.1= -40N
