v = 0 m/s
m = 100g = 0.1kg
t = 0.01s
As we know about it that
v = u + at
0 = 20 + a*0.01
a= -2000 m/s²
So,F = ma
F = (0.1*(-2000)) = -200N
Force applied by the hand=-200 NAcceleration of ball=-2000 m/s²
