★ The Foolish Crow And The Clever Fox ★
One day a crow stole a piece of meat from a kitchen of a house. Then she flew to the branch of a tree. When she was about to eat the piece a cunning fox was passing by the road just under the tree. The fox noticed the crow and desired to have the piece of meat. The fox knew the art of flattery very well. "What a beautiful bird she is! She is the queen of the birds. But alas! God has not given her a voice. She is dum.b", said the fox. The foolish crow heard the words of praise and felt proud. The vain crow decided to sing. She opened her beak with "caw-caw". The piece of meat dropped onto the ground. The clever fox took the piece and went on.
