According to Gauss theorem..

line integral of the electric flux passing through a surface is 1/(epsilon not)times the net charge enclosed by the surface.

here

net charge = 1e= 1×6.022×10^-19 C

hence flux (phi e)=1/(epsilon not) times (1×6.022×10^-19)

Hence :- (6.022×10^-19)/(8.85×10^-12)

=(6.8045×10^-8) Nm^2 C^-1
