According to Gauss theorem..
line integral of the electric flux passing through a surface is 1/(epsilon not)times the net charge enclosed by the surface.
here
net charge = 1e= 1×6.022×10^-19 C
hence flux (phi e)=1/(epsilon not) times (1×6.022×10^-19)
Hence :- (6.022×10^-19)/(8.85×10^-12)
=(6.8045×10^-8) Nm^2 C^-1
