Hello Mate!

First, understand the question.

Imagine that there is a large cubical box with you whose edge is 9 cm. Remember what is formula to take out volume of cube?

Volume of cube = side³

Volume of cube = ( 9 cm )³ = 729 cm³

Lets image now you have small block whose edge is 3 cm, what will be its volume?

Volume if small block = ( 3 cm )³ = 27 cm³

Now, you have to find how many more such small blocks can be fit in big block.

Number of blocks = Volume of large block / Volume of small block.

Number of blocks = 729 cm³ / 27 cm³

= 27 block.

Hence 27 blocks of 3 cm edge can be made from a big cube of 9 cm edge.

Have great future ahead!
