here is your answer OK....

Pressure is given as force/area

so,

Force, F = mg = 1000 X 981 gm.m/s2

and area, A = 1x1 cm2 = 1 cm2

thus,

the pressure exerted would be P = (981 X 1000) / 1

or

P = 9.81 X 105 Ba

166.67 gm/cmpower2

bashirandsons6p7nfz1: 1000×981
bashirandsons6p7nfz1: gm.m/s^2 comes

HERE'S THE ANSWER..

_______________________________

♠️ As we know Pressure is equal to force applied per unit area .

▶️ First we'll find the force on table due to block , F = mass × Acceleration ( gravity )

✔️ Force = mass × g

=> Force = 1 × 10

=> [ Force = 10 N ]

▶️ Now we'll find the area in which force in exerted , i.e area of side touching table

⏺️ Side = 1 cm , we have to convert into meter because it is standard unit

=> side = 1 cm = 0.01 m

⏺️ Area = side × side

=> Area = 0.01 × 0.01

=> Area = 10^-4 m^2

♠️ Now from above statement

✔️ Pressure = Force / area

=> Pressure = 10 / 10^-4

=> \boxed{ Pressure\: = \:10^5 \: Pascal \:( Pa ) }
