Lets consider ρ0 and ρ be density of water & wooden block respectively.

Density of wooden block -
ρ = m / V
ρ = m / l^3
ρ = 600 / 10^3
ρ = 0.6 g/cm^3

Fraction of the cube submerged in water is calculated by -
V'/V = ρ/ρ0
V'/V = 0.6/1
V'/V = 0.6
V'/V = 60 %

Therefore, 60% of the cube will be submerged under water.
