Side of the cube=4.8 m
So, its volume=side³
=(4.8)³
=(48/10)³
=(24/5)³ ( after cutting/dividing by 2 )
=13284/125 cubic metres
Now, dimensions of cuboid shaped crates:-
length=0.2 m
breadth=0.3 m
height=0.2 m
So, its volume=l×b×h
=0.2×0.3×0.2
=0.012 cubic metres
So, the number of cuboid shaped crates of dimensions 0.2 m × 0.3 m × 0.2 m that can be placed in the cube=Volume of cube/Volume of cuboid shaped crates
=(13284/125 m³÷0.012 m³)
=106272/13
=8174.769
=8174.77
So, its volume=side³
=(4.8)³
=(48/10)³
=(24/5)³ ( after cutting/dividing by 2 )
=13284/125 cubic metres
Now, dimensions of cuboid shaped crates:-
length=0.2 m
breadth=0.3 m

So, its volume=l×b×h
=0.2×0.3×0.2
=0.012 cubic metres
So, the number of cuboid shaped crates of dimensions 0.2 m × 0.3 m × 0.2 m that can be placed in the cube=Volume of cube/Volume of cuboid shaped crates
=(13284/125 m³÷0.012 m³)
=106272/13
=8174.769
=8174.77
