A cubical die numbered from 1 to 6 is rolled twice. find the probability of getting the sum of numbers on its face 10

As there are 6*6 outcomes, each outcome has a probability of 1/36.

Write out all the outcomes, starting with (1,1) up to (6,6), and count how many give a sum of 10

Divide that sum with 36, and you have your answer.

(6,4) (4,6) (5,5) i guess only 3 outcomes help u with that...

so probability is... 3/36 = 1/ 12
