Given :-

  • Mass (m) = 1.35 kg

  • Side (a) = 15 cm = 0.15 m

To Find :-

  • Density = ?

Calculation :-

We know that,

  • Volume of a Cube = a x a x a =  {a}^{3} = 0.003375 {m}^{3}
  • Density = Mass / Volume

=> ρ = 1.35 / 0.003375

=> ρ = 400 kg/m^3.

Therefore, density in kilogram per cubic metre is 400 kg/m^3.

Formulas Used :-

  • Volume of a Cube = a x a x a =  {a}^{3} = 0.003375 {m}^{3}
  • Density = Mass / Volume

What is Density ?

  • Density is the physical property of matter.
  • Mass per unit volume is known as density.
  • Density is also known as volumetric mass density.
  • Density is represented by ρ.
