Answer:

  • Volume of Storage = 800 inches³
  • Number of cubical paper weight = 100
  • Surface Area of cubical paper weight = ?

According to the Question :

⇢ Volume = Paper weight inside of it

⇢ 800 inches³ = Volume of each × Number

⇢ 800 inches³ = Volume of each × 100

⇢ 800 inches³ / 100 = Volume of each

⇢ Volume of each = 8 inches³

As every paper weight is in Cubical Shape and Volume of each is 8 inches³

Sides of cubical paper weights :

⇒ Volume = 8 inches³

⇒ (Side)³ = 8 inches³

  • Cubing root both sides

⇒ Side = 2 inches

It didn't mention specifically to find Surface Area, that's why we will calculate Total Surface Area of all paper weight

Total Surface Area :

⇢ TSA = TSA of each × Number

⇢ TSA = (6 × Side²) × 100

⇢ TSA = [6 × (2 inches)²] × 100

⇢ TSA = [6 × 4 inches²] × 100

⇢ TSA = 24 inches² × 100

TSA = 2400 inches²

Hence, Surface area of all paper weights is 2400 inches².
