lb + ( bh + hl ) = 30

2h (l+b) = 40

h( l + b )  = 40/2 =20

from (1)

lb + ( l + b ) h = 30

lb + 20 = 30

lb = 30-20

lb = 10

area of its base = l*b

lb = 10 m²
