Given:

Length of the cuboid(l) = 25 cm

Breadth of the cuboid(b)= 15 cm

Height of the cuboid(h)= 8 cm

Side of the cube(a)= 16 cm

To find:

Difference between the volumes of the cuboid and the cube.

Solution:

Volume of the cuboid=l*b*h

⇒Volume of the cuboid=25*15*8= 3000 cm³

Volume of the cube= a³

⇒Volume of the cube=16*16*16= 4096 cm³

Now,

Difference between the volumes of the cuboid and the cube = a³- l*b*h

= 4096 - 3000

=1096 cm³

⭐Thus, the volume of the cube differs by 1096 cm³ from the cuboid.
