a cuboid is 8m. long,4m.wide and 2m high find the length of diagonal of cuboid

Let l=8m, b=4m and h=2m. Using Pythagoras theorem, find the diagonal of base ✓8^2+4^2. Then again use Pythagoras theorem with the above result and h(height) i.e. ✓8^2+4^2+2^2 to get 2✓21

we have
length l = 8 m b = 4m h = 2m

diagonal of cuboid ,

= √l^2+b^2+h^2

= √ 64 + 16 + 4

=√ 84
= 2 √21
