now slab melt and form pipe
outer radius of pipe=4cm
inner radius =(4-1)=3cm

now
volume of iron slab =volume of cylinder pipe
=> 50 x 40 x 15 =pi. {R^2-r^2}.h
=> 50 x 40 x 15 =22/7 x (16-9) x h
=> 50 x 40 x 15 =22/7 x 7 x h
h= 50 x 40 x 15/22 cm=1363.63 cm
