AnswEr :

Given :

A cuboidal water tank is 8 m long , 6 m wide and 3.5 m deep.

To find :

The litres of water can it hold.

Explanation :

Formula use :

\bf{\underline{\underline{\bf{Volume\:of\:cuboid=Length*breadth*height\:\:\:(cubic\:unit)}}}}}}

  • Length = 8 m
  • Breadth = 6 m
  • Height = 3.5 m

→ Volume = 8 m × 6 m × 3.5 m

→ Volume = 8 m × 21 m²

Volume = 168 m³

∴ We know that 1 m³ = 1000 litres.

Then,

→ 168 m³ = (168 × 1000)litres

The litres of water can it hold is 168000 litres.
