Probably downwards. Although whether the field looks clockwise or anti-clockwise depends where you are looking from.

To find out which way the magnetic field goes use the right-hand rule.

Take your right hand, stick your thumb straight out and curl your fingers. The thumb is the direction of the current. The fingers are the direction of the resulting field.

If you point your thumb straight up the field looks anti-clockwise when viewed from above but clockwise when viewed from below.

If you point your thumb down the field looks clockwise from above and anti-clockwise from below.

I'm assuming you look at the conductor from the top so in this case to get the clockwise field the current must be travelling downwards.
