a current of 1 ampere flows in a series circuit having an electric lamp and a conductor of 5 ohm when connected to a 10 volt battery calculate the resistance of 10 ohm is connected in parallel with the series combination what change in current flowing through 5 ohm conductor and potential difference across the lamp will take place give reason

Answer:

at first when the conductor have 5 ohm resistance then the voltage is 10v and current flow is 1 amp because of it parralal resistance of 10 ohm so the lamp power is not so high then have direct current there resistance is only 5 ohm not 10 ohm added so direct current resistanced lamp is powerful
