   HEY THERE  

  GIVEN THAT  

Current = i = 2 A

Heat = E = 80 J

Time =t = 10 sec

   We know  

   E = i² Rt

⇒E / i²×t = R

⇒80 / 2² × 10 = R

⇒80 / 40 = R

⇒2 = R

⇒R = 2 ohm.
