I=Q/t
Q is charge in coulombs
I=1 amp
t=1 sec
so Q must be 1 coulomb
we know one electron has -1.6 x 10^(-19) coulombs negative is just the charge so we can ignore it.
(# electrons) * (1.6 x 10^(-19) coulombs) = 1 coulombs
(# electrons) = 1/(1.6 x 10^(-19))
