THE WORK TO BE DONE TO SET A CYCLE OF 100 KG INTO MOTION WITH A SPEED OF 3m/s is  45 N/m2...(take g=10m/s2).....

Nothing special to do in this question

You know

Kinetic energy = Work done

1/2 mv​2=Work

Therefore

1/2 *100*(32-02)

=50*9=450J
