internal radius = 10.5/2 = 5.4 cm
thickness of metal = 8 mm = 0.8 cm
so the outer radius = 5.4 + 0.8 = 6 cm
Volume of metal (volume of hollow cylinder) = π(R² - r²) h
= 22/7 ( (6)² -(5.2)² ) × 25
= 704 cm³
