For a person in cycle,
we know that:
F=ma
F1=m1.a1
for a person in bike,
F2=m2.a2
according to question:
F1=F2
given a2=2a1/5
:m1.a1=m2.a2
m1.a1=m2.(2/5)a1
m1=2/5 m2
m1/m2=2/
m1:m2=2:5
