A cyclist cycle 8km at 15 km/hr and a further 4km at 20km/hr . Find the average speed in km/hr

HEY.....!!!!

T1=distance / speed

= 8/15 hr.

T2= distance/ speed

=4/20 = 1/5 hr.

so,average speed = total distance / total time taken.

so, 8+4 /(1/5+8/15)

12/(3+8/15)

12/11/15

12×15 /11

16.36Km/hr...

firstly find the T1 and t2 and average speed equals to Total distance upon total time put the value of time and distance
