\huge{\underline{\tt{\red{Given-}}}}

Radius of circular track, r = 105 m

Time taken, t = 3 min = 3 × 60 = 180 seconds

Speed-?

Formula to be used-

\boxed{Circumference \ of\ circle = 2\pi r}

\boxed{Speed = \dfrac{Distance}{Time}}

\huge{\underline{\tt{\green{Solution-}}}}

Putting all the values, we get

Circumference of circular track = 2πr

Circumference of circular track = 2 × 22/7 × 105

⇒ Circumference of circular track = 660 m

Now,

Speed = Distance/Time

Speed = 660/180

⇒ Speed = 3.66 m/s
