a cyclist goes around a circular track onces every 3 minutes. if the radius of the circular track is 105m, calcuate the speed ?? ​

Radius of circular track, r = 105 m

Time taken, t = 3 min = 3 × 60 = 180 seconds

Formula to be used-

Putting all the values, we get

Circumference of circular track = 2πr

Circumference of circular track = 2 × 22/7 × 105

⇒ Circumference of circular track = 660 m

Now,

Speed = Distance/Time

Speed = 660/180

⇒ Speed = 3.66 m/s
