A cyclist moves from point P to point Q 1000 m away on a straight road in 4 min 30 s. After reaching

Q, she turns around and cycles back 400 m to point R in 2 min. What are her average speed and

velocity cycling from P to R through Q?

I urgently need the answer. I have to submit tomorrow. And remember no cheap tricks will be applied here or else he/she will be reported
