First change the unit i.e min to sec and then divide distance with time

IN ONE FULL REVOLUTION AVERAGE VELOCITY IS ZERO.SINCE DISPLACEMENT = ZERO.

DISTANCE = RADIUS*2

                     50*2

  1.                     =100 M

TOTAL TIME = 4 MIN = 240 SEC

100/240 = 5/12 M/2
