let r1 be radius of outer and r2 be radius of inner

2pie h( r1 -r2) = 44

28 pie ( r1-r2) = 44

r1 -r2 = 44/28 .pie = 11/7 .pie

pie h ( r1^2 - r2 ^2) = 99

r1 ^2 - r2 ^2 = 99/14. pie

(r1-r2)(r1+r2) = 99/14 .pie.

r1+ r2 = 99/14.pie .7/ (11 pie)
= 9/2

r1 - r2 = 11/7 PIE

2r1 = 9/2 + 11/7 pie

r1 = 9/4 + 11/14 pie
