A cylindrical petrol tank has a base of radius 14m and height 10m. How many kilolitres of petrol can it hold? ​

According to question,

diameter of the cylindrical tank = 14m

radius will be 14/2 = 7m

height of the cylinderical tank = 5m

Applying the formula,

TSA of Cylindrical Tank = 2pi x r x (r + h)

                                       = 2 x 22/7 x 7 x (7 + 5)

                                       = 528 m^2
