Diameter Of it's Base=16 m
Radius Of it's Base=16/2=8 m

We have to Find Depth Means Height till where Water is

We know
Volume=πr²h
$= \frac{22}{7} \times {8}^{2} \times h = 5632 \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times 8 \times 8 \times h = 5632 \\ = h = \frac{5632 \times 7}{8 \times 8 \times 22} \\ h = 28m$
Depth Of Tank=28 m
