There are some Formulas :-

1). \: c.s.a = 2 \pi \: r \: h

 =  > c.s.a = 2 \times \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 3

 =  > c.s.a = 132 \:  {cm}^{2}

Again,

2). \: t.s.a \:  = 2 \pi \: r(r + h)

 =  > t.s.a = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7} \times 7(7 + 3)

 =  > t.s.a = (308 + 132) \:  {cm}^{2}

 =  > t.s.a = 440 \:  {cm}^{2}

Again,

 =  > volume =  \pi \:  {r}^{2} h

 =  >  \: v \:  \:  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7 \times 3

 =  >  \: v \:  \:  = 462 \:  {cm}^{3}

As we know that Volume is equal to Capacity.

Therefore,

Capacity = 462 cm^3
