radius = r = 10 cm

height = h = 14

we know that

total surface area of a vessel  = 2πrh + πr²

= 2*(22/7)*10*14 + (22/7)(10)^2

= 2*3.14*10*14 + 3.14*100

=879.2 + 314

=1193.2 cm^2
