A cylindrical vessel, open at the top, has a radius 10 cm and height 14 cm. Find
the total surface area of the vessel. (Take it = 3.14)​

We have

r = 10cm

and, height (h) = 14cm

Now,

Total Surface area of cylindrical vessel is = 2πrh+πr^2

= 2×22/7×10×14+22/7×(10)^2

= 880+22/7×100

= 880+2200/7

= 6160/7+2200/7

= 8360/7

= 1193.2cm^2
