Heya!!
As this vessel is open from top i.e. it has no lid
Then,
Total surface area of this vessel = 2*pi*r(r+h) - pi*r^2
= 2 × 3.14 × 10 ( 10 + 14 ) - 3.14 × 10 × 10
= 2 × 3.14 × 10 × 24 - 3.14 × 100
= 2 × 31.4 × 24 - 314
= 1507.2 - 314
= 1193.2 cm^2
Hence, the total surface area of this vessel is 1193.2 cm^2.
Hope it helps uh :)
