Inner curved surface area = 2 * 22/7 * 14/2 * 21 = 2 * 22* 7 * 3 = 925 meter square
Outer curved surface area = 2 * 22/7 * 21/2 * 21 = 2 * 11 * 3 * 21 = 1386 meter square
Cost of renovating inner surface area = 925 * Rs 25 = Rs 23125
Cost or renovating outer surface area = 1386 * Rs 25 = Rs. 34650
