Let the C.P. be Rs.x
Profit = 8%
S.P.=(1+p/100)*C.P.
S.P.=(1+8/100)*x
S.P.=108x/100

S.P.=(1-d/100)*M.P.
108x/100=(1-10/100)*M.P.
108x/100=90M.P./100
90M.P.=108x
M.P.=108x/90
M.P.=1.2x
Difference=1.2x-x
=0.2x
Percentage=2x/10*1/x*100
Percentage=20%
