profit on white cement : Rs 8
loss on gray cement : Rs 5  :  a profit of:   - Rs 5

1)  Net profit or loss =  3000 * Rs 8 - 5000 * Rs 5  = - Rs 1, 000
       SO it is a loss of Rs 1, 000

2) let the number of white cement bags be : N
     profit-loss = N * Rs 7 - 6, 400 * Rs 5 = 0
           => N = 32, 000/7 = 4, 571.43  approximately..
