- 6.25 % (Loss)

Step-by-step explanation:

Selling price of two watches for 2250 Rs.each = 2250 + 2250

= 4500 Rs.

25% profit on one watch,

Then, 125% = 2250

100% = \frac{2250}{125}\times 100

100% = 1800

So,cost price of one watch 1800

And 25 % loss on other watch,

Then, 75% = 2250

100% = \frac{2250}{75}\times 100

100% = 3000

So, the cost price of other watch 3000

Cost price of both watches = 1800 + 3000

= 4800 Rs

Loss or profit percentage on whole transaction ,

= \frac{300}{4800}\times 100

=  - 6.25 % (Loss)
